Description

Tiziano Vecellio, commonly known as Titian (1488-1576), was an Italian painter of the Venetian school during the Renaissance period. He was highly regarded for his mastery of color and brushwork.

One of Titian’s most famous works is the “Venus of Urbino,” painted in 1538. This masterpiece is currently housed in the Galleria degli Uffizi in Florence, Italy.
